Added TypedEventEmitter to the dependency injection container and exposed it in ServiceBase. Updated OlPushService to use the injected event emitter instead of directly importing appEvent. Also performed minor code style improvements for consistency.
Introduces a typed event emitter for app events in napcat-core, specifically for emoji like events in groups. OlPushService now emits 'event:emoji_like' when a group reaction is detected. napcat-onebot listens for this event and emits corresponding OneBot events. Switch build scripts and workflows from npm to pnpm, update build and artifact paths, and simplify release workflow by removing version detection and changelog steps. Add new dependencies (silk-wasm, express, ws, node-pty-prebuilt-multiarch), update exports in package.json files, and add vite config for napcat-framework. Also, rename manifest.json for framework package and fix static asset copying in shell build config.
