feat(wallet): 完善钱包管理和查询功能 ( #954 )

1. 新增“管理钱包余额”功能，仅超级用户可用
2. 重构“查看我的钱包功能”，可以查看任意群员的钱包
3. 增加“钱包转账”功能
有问题的地方：
1.任何人的钱包都可查，群友钱包余额泄露
2. ”管理钱包余额“和“钱包转账”代码高度相似，是否有必要优化

出售所有垃圾没有对钱包金额进行更新
* fix(mcfish): 使用美西螈钓鱼，吞鱼异常的问题
fishInfo.Number = 0 位置不对，导致海豚和鳕鱼都吃了100条。会一直吃到某种鱼数量够为止，并且前面数量不够的鱼都白吃了

合成鱼竿未考虑鱼竿articles.Number>1的情况。
如果要修复这个问题，需要重构这块代码
所以梭哈功能直接按照原有思路，生成多个Number=1的鱼竿。
