亢奋猫	58afbe8a79	refactor(config): optimize oxlint configuration by removing redundant default rules (#11192) ... Remove ~60 redundant rule declarations that match oxlint's default behavior. This reduces the config file by 28% (211 -> 152 lines) while maintaining identical linting behavior.
